Article 3.05 of this policy defines “Sexual Harassment” as “Vexatious behaviour that manifests itself by comments, actions or gestures of a sexual nature that are repetitive, hostile or unwanted. This behaviour affects the individual’s dignity or psychological or physical integrity and leads to a harmful work or study environment for this person.”
Student Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct contains numerous articles (2.1, 2.7, 2.8, 2.8) that strictly prohibit any acts (or threats) of violence against any individual or group.
